Terms and Conditions for Discounts & Coupons

Important Discount Information: All discounts and coupons apply to labor costs only. Materials, supplies, permits, equipment rentals, subcontractor fees, disposal fees, taxes, and additional expenses are excluded. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Terms and conditions apply.

1. Eligibility: Discounts and coupons are valid for one-time use per customer and household. Only one discount or coupon may be applied per project.

2. Discount: Discounts and coupons provide the advertised percentage off labor costs only, not the total project cost. The maximum discount is 10% on select offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Exclusions: Discounts exclude materials, supplies, equipment rentals, subcontractor fees, permits, disposal fees, taxes, and other additional expenses. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.

4. Usage: Discounts and coupons must be mentioned or presented before the estimate is approved or the project is scheduled. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed projects or previously approved estimates.

5. Validity: Discounts and coupons are valid only during the advertised promotional period and must be applied to eligible projects scheduled within that period. Coupons are nontransferable and have no cash value.

6. Restrictions: Discounts apply to qualifying fence installations, fence replacements, deck construction, deck replacements, and deck repairs. Discounts may not apply to small repairs, minimum service charges, insurance claims, emergency repairs, or projects requiring specialized subcontractors. Eligibility is determined during the estimating process.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If a project is canceled or rescheduled outside the promotional period, the discount may become invalid. Any previously approved discounts will be honored according to the terms of the signed agreement.

8. Modifications: Fences & Decks by NW Premier Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue discounts and coupons at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect discounts already included in an accepted, signed agreement.
